Etapa e dytë ishte sanksionimi i Sali Berishës, pasi ai nuk do pranonte kurrë që PD të bashkëqeveriste me Edi Ramën.

Etapa e tretë, Edi Rama në mënyrën më kriminale nuk ndalon në veprën e tij makabër për të qeverisur pa opozitë, për të konsoliduar monizmin e tij, don të përjashtojë nga zgjedhjet e 14 majit, PD-në.
