He was Secretary-General of the United Nations from 1972 to 1981 and then President of Austria from 1986 to 1992.
Kurt Waldheim (1918-2007) was declared a “non grata” by the US Department of State in 1987 because, according to them, he had lied about his past during World War II, the Austrians responded with a poster: “We choose who we love you!”.
So the American Empire had its nose in the problem that belongs only to the Austrians, so they said briefly and clearly “Fuck off!” (Disappear!).
“Non grata” is used under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, Article 9, while Americans use this right to denigrate any person who does not fit.
Put a little more clearly, the phrase “person non grata” has the definition “unwanted person”, or in the vernacular means: “A ban against a foreign person entering or staying in the country”.
Therefore these little ones who have occupied the building and the seal of the Democratic Party, should be a little more careful where they try to violate or distort the meaning of the word “non grata”, because the example of Austria is as clear as sunlight.
