Agjencia ECIPS paralajmëron se zhvendosja kataklizmike e poleve nuk është hipotezë, por FAKT. ECIPS paralajmëron më tej se rreth 2/3 e popullsisë është në rrezik.

Pothuajse me siguri do të rezultojë në ndryshime të shpejta klimatike dhe mund të ndodhë që në fund të vitit 2025, sipas përcaktimeve të bëra gjatë 25 viteve të fundit.
