Freedom Party Chairman Ilir Meta urged the Parliament of Albania to verify Premier Edi Rama’s mental health as well as have him tested for drugs.
The former President of Albania appeared in a press conference after the government ordered the demolition of the touristic resort Prestige in Durrës, property of a media group.
“Today’s act is a total demonstration of the demolition of the rule of law in a country where the laws they approved themselves have no effect facing panicked Edi Rama’s schizophrenic madness”, said Meta.
“It’s urgent for the Parliament of Albania to start the procedures to verify his mental health and the evolution of his psychic records. In addition it is necessary to take measures and have him tested for the use of narcotic substances, because, due to his duties he may cause even greater harm to the national, public interest and to the rule of law in our country”, said former President Meta
