Pse Shkodra nuk mund te votonte PS-në, ka shume e shume arsye.

Nje prej tyre dhe kjo pamje e kortezhit qe mban mbi supe viktimat e vrasesve, te cilet u rikthyen ne qytetin e qendreses permes niperve dhe mbesave te trashegimise politike te ekzekutoreve te demokracise.

Mirenjohje Shkodres per qendresen kaq te gjate ndaj te majtes hakmarrese.
