What mandate entitles Yuri Kim to meet the members of an independent constitutional institution?

Pay attention to what Ms. Kim writes: “Over the last week, we have met with every member of the High Prosecutorial Council (HPC) to underscore the importance of selecting a new chief of SPAK who – without fear or favor – will intensify the fight against corruption and organized crime”.

Now a few logical questions arise:

1 What mandate entitles Yuri Kim to meet the members of an independent constitutional institution?

2. Who in the US Department of State or in the White House has mandated the Lady to contact an institution of a sovereign nation on the eve of decision making?

3. Is her act practicing unlawful meddling? Had an Albanian done that, they would be in jail.

4. Why should I believe that HPC is uninfluenced in decision making, even by Ms. Kim?

5. Let’s suppose that HPC will be influenced by the Lady and will elect her favorite at the lead of SPAK (Albanian Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime). Will the fact that the Lady cooperates only with the government mean her chosen one will be the government’s chosen one too?

These are questions that need answers.

If not for anything else, for the fact we’ve been told we invent things.

Look how they admit they’re fighting who’ll have more influence on HPC!

They are admitting it openly. We are merely reading aloud what they write.

Best regards to the (judiciary) reform!

One last thing: For HCP to convince us that it is independent and uninfluenced in its decision making, it must denounce publically and legally all the interested in the process. In case of the contrary, they are not independent and they are out of their constitutional mandate!
