I feel like I asked more than one question, but the answers are clear to me.
The lady performs the duties of the Minister of Propaganda of the Government of the Government of Albania.
So blatant is her role that she doesn’t even react when she listens to her actual boss Edi Rama report how he “massacred” a Democrat teacher.
