Liria e kombit tonë është hyjnore, providenciale dhe e bekuar me dorën e Zotit.
Ajo është kulluar dhe ushqyer me gjakun e bijëve dhe bijave, heronjve dhe dëshmorëve tanë të përjetshëm.
Sa të ketë dritë e jetë, ata jetojnë në shpirtin, zemrën dhe ëndrrën tonë për lirinë kombëtare, për nacionalizmin qytetar. Ata janë pjesë e botës, qytetarë globalë, paqedashës, të drejtë, përgjegjës dhe të përkushtuar për paqe.
Në historinë tonë, pas Flamurit të Skënderbeut, Ded Gjo Luli ngriti Flamurin në Deçiq më 6 prill 1911.
Kombi shqiptar është imazhi ynë, shpirti ynë, dhe krenaria jonë!
