Thuhet se kur u kap Che Guevara në strehën e tij, pasi e kishte tradhtuar një bari, njëri prej tyre e pyeti me habi:

Por Napoleoni e thirri dhe i tha:
– Më vjen keq të vras një njeri që ka mbrojtur vendin e tij me trimëri.
Nuk dua që historia të më kujtojë si vrasës të heronjve. Do të të fal, nëse paguan 10 mijë monedha ari, si shpërblim për humbjet e ushtrisë sime.
👤Mohamed Karim buzëqeshi dhe tha:
– Nuk kam aq para, por kam mbi 100 mijë monedha ari borxh te tregtarët.
Napoleoni i dha afat.
Karim doli në treg, i lidhur me zinxhirë e i rrethuar nga ushtarë pushtues, me shpresë se ata për të cilët kishte sakrifikuar do ta ndihmonin.Por asnjë tregtar nuk u përgjigj.
Përkundrazi, e akuzuan se ai ishte shkaktari i shkatërrimit të Aleksandrisë dhe krizës së tyre.
👤Mohamed Karim u kthye te Napoleoni i thyer shpirtërisht.
Mohamed Rashid Rida e përmblodhi kështu:
