Një Drejtor Departamenti në Policinë e Shtetit, me gradën “Drejtues i Lartë”, i emëruar së fundi me porosi të veçantë dhe pa shkollë policore, ish punonjës i AKSHI i ikur me dorëheqje pas rrjedhjes së të dhënave, u kap në flagrancë nga vartësit e tij, duke shkarkuar dhe fshirë të dhëna në sistemin policor TIMS.
Kjo përfshirje direkte e policisë së shtetit, dhe doganës në fshirjen e gjurmëve të trafikantëve në hyrje daljet e tyre kufitare në sistemin TIMS, por dhe si bashkpuntorë në trafikun e drogës duhej të ishte alarmi më i madh në një shtet normal.
Sepse jo i pa qëllimtë ishte zvëndësimi i Kuadrit sidomos i doganave dhe i policisë së shtetit, (më keq asaj kufitare) me militantë “rilindas” jo vetëm partiakë, por dhe me një të kaluar të errët, apo kriminale, detyrimisht që do i vendoste ujkut mëlcitë në qafë.
Normal që korrupsioni dhe kondrabanda nuk lindi me qeverinë Rama,
Abuzim me detyrën në këto dy institucione të rëndësishme ka pasur dhe në qeverinë Berisha, ( unë jam një prej tyre që e kam denoncuar hapur, kur isha në detyrë)

me doganierët dhe policinë kufitare, apo më keq…..me drejtues të lartë të policisë së shtetit dhe policisë kufitare, si bashkpuntorë dhe shoqërues trafikantësh edhe në lehtësim kalimin në pikat kufitare të këtij trafiku, AS QË MUND TË IMAGJINOHEJ, jo më të veprohej.
