If it were in the hands of the Albanian authorities, Xibraka would still be the main laboratory in the Balkans for the production of cocaine.
This is due to the simple fact that it was the nucleus of the beginning of the construction of the narco-state edifice that we have today.
Thanks to the German commitment, the identification of this laboratory was achieved. The Germans, for their part, were openly betrayed by the Albanian police and, even worse, they were endlessly abused by the representatives of justice.
The implication of the Prime Minister’s brother there is not a coincidence of circumstances, nor is it a story of “cheats” that forces society to sit at tables, or to use the same car as a hobby.
Albania is full of such stories.
But this is not the case.
What unites the names involved in this is the strong political thread. All with substantial organic ties to Edi Rama’s Socialist Party that had just come to power.
A relationship that started with the womb of communism continued with the SP MP at the time and that went all the way to Edi Rama himself.
This is not a matter of biography, but of arguments and facts that prove the existence of the famous project of the narco-state that produces money from endless traffic and then translates it into votes and property as political and strategic investments that cemented a spectacular regime in Albania.
The construction of this laboratory was strategic. Xibraka is located at the main node of movement and transit of narcotics, in Elbasan and at a point where people’s attention was almost zero.
Add to this the taking of protective police measures by placing in the direction of the local police directorate the persons who guaranteed the protection of the laboratory.
Xibraka opened the door to the construction and consolidation of the close criminal-political relationship, it was the first significant step of the new and old left dome in the implementation of their project and served as an inspiration to transform the country into a platform for the production and sale of narcotics.
Xibraka was succeeded by her sisters who are probably still active today and created through her members for the first time the connections between Latin America and Albania that are still more significant today.

The success of this whole undertaking is the transformation of our society into dizzying consumers of cocaine and hashish, perhaps the first in terms of population.
The project of the narco-state did not remain only in the production of narcotics and money. He dabbled in politics and economics.
Criminal organizations with state support were strongly involved in left-wing politics with representatives and criminal commitment to the vote, creating indisputable facilities for the SP to take some powers.
Meanwhile, the earned money followed two directions: economy and propaganda. Companies created from traffic money with support and political shares today dominate the main sectors of the economy, especially tourism and construction, and regularly clear their financial resources, turning into untouchable empires.
Everything directed by Rama’s policy, which in every case has put power at their service, receiving from them political services and direct finances injected into buying votes and building an exemplary propaganda.
The effects produced by the Xibraka phenomenon as the first step of the narco-state project are tangible and devastating and have led to the inevitable execution of democracy.
