Tek njerëzit e zakonshëm tingëllon disi absurde situata e lajmeve që vijnë për hashashin.
Ata shohin se si policia duket se është “e egërsuar” me kultivuesit, ndërkohë që kanë dëgjuar kryeministrin e tyre të deklarojë miratimin e mbjelljes së hashashit.

Publikut i ngjan se ka një mospërputhje brenda vetë shtetit sepse tek e fundit, parcelat aty kanë qenë, kultivatorët dihen kush janë, sikurse dhe përfituesit njihen botërisht.
Ndërkohë asgjë në të gjithë këtë histori nuk është as e çuditshme dhe as e rastit.
Historia e hashashit është e vjetër, mos të themi që nga kërpi i Hoxhës.

Por legalizimi i tij tashmë ka ndezur luftën e cila nuk plaste më parë për shkak të pranimit në heshtje e pa heshtje të krimit vertikalisht, nga kultivuesi deri tek kryepolici e pushtetari.
Gjithçka sipas devizës “bashkëkriminelë e bashkëpolitikë”, ku secili brenda paligjshmërisë nxirrte pjesën e majmë të përfitimit, në euro disa, në vota disa të tjerë e të dy bashkë në pushtet.

Ajo mbulon 3.8% të sasisë botërore të hashashit kontrabandë që e përkthyer në shifra përbën një shumë marramendëse.

Ndërkohë ky fakt e bën qesharak vendimin për legalizimin e tij dhe kufizimin e prodhimit të tij në vetëm disa qindra hektarë siç pretendohet në ligjin tallës të legalizimit për qëllime mjekësore.

Lejimi i tij është thjesht lojë për të ligjëruar një trafik shumëllojesh e shumëplanësh.
Implikimi i politikës, i policisë e i krimit do të njohë tani një stad të paparë me shije lufte e paqe.

Dhe ethet e arit jeshil duket që janë ndezur. Grupet kriminale tanimë me licence e me bekimin e shtetit do hyjnë në një hulli prodhuese dhe pastrimi parash të tjera frenetike.
Koperturën e e kanë dhe mbështetjen e kanë.
Ndaj lufta do jetë e ashpër dhe konfliktet paralajmërohen të forta.
Përfituesi më i qetë sot do jenë zyrtarët e fushave specifike dhe dora vetë politika, e cila shton jo vetëm burimet financiare të mbështetjes por dhe burimet njerëzore, sepse dhe sot rrjeti që merret me ciklet e hashashit është ndër rrjetet me numrin më të madh të vetëpunësuarve dhe të punësuarve.

Ata që do të marrin goditjen ekonomike e sociale si pasojë e kësaj lufte do jenë qytetarët, fermerët e mbi të gjitha vota, rrjedhimisht dhe sistemi politik e demokracia.

Amoraliteti i Ramës nuk njeh kufij.
Hashashi do fillojë të hajë koka në parajsën e ballkanit ku trullosja nga tymi ka kohë që ka trullosur politikën.

Luftë të mbarë, është urimi që doli nga Rama në momentin e miratimit të legalizimit prej tij.
Tashmë pushteti politik në Shqipëri buron nga gjethja e hashashit e simotrave të tij!

THE NEW WAR OF THE OLD HASHISH

To ordinary people, the news situation about hashish sounds somewhat absurd.
They see how the police seem to be "brutal" with the growers, while they have heard their prime minister declare his approval of the cultivation of hashish.

It seems to the public that there is a discrepancy within the state itself because in the end, the plots were there, the cultivators are known who they are, as well as the beneficiaries are universally known.

Meanwhile, nothing in this whole story is either strange or accidental.
The history of hashish is old, let's not say since Hoxha's hemp.
But its legalization has already ignited the war that did not erupt before due to the silent acceptance of the crime vertically, from the cultivator to the chief police and the ruler.

Everything according to the motto "co-criminals and co-politicians", where everyone within the illegality extracted the major part of the profit, some in euros, some in votes and both together in power.
Now that the government has given itself the license to issue cannabis cultivation licenses, everything has changed.

The war has broken out and the territory needs to be cleared in order for it to be peacefully separated from no one else but himself: the chief smuggler of the Albanians' destinies, Rama.

The police have now pulled out their teeth and don't turn a blind eye, because after every action today, they start calculating the benefits tomorrow, when a happy period begins for them and why not semi-legal.
The groomsmen are being determined and the wedding is ready.

The plans have just started and the most powerful gangs in Albania, with the intuition of war generals, are setting the lines of plots and territories, after receiving the Prime Minister's nod of approval.
The tension is great, because the market is giant with an annual turnover of millions of dollars and the competition on the road will be decisive.

Today, thanks to this government, Albania is among the top ten countries with the largest production of hashish.

It covers 3.8% of the world's amount of smuggled hashish, which translated into figures is a staggering amount.
Meanwhile, this fact makes ridiculous the decision to legalize it and limit its production to only a few hundred hectares as claimed in the mock law of legalization for medical purposes.
Our country is universally known and proven to all that it does not have the capacity to ensure and control things and more basic and no longer control the coveted production of hashish.

Moreover, this legalization has proven to bring no income to the state budget itself. The countries that have applied it (some, mostly Asian) have proven that the beneficial income in the state budget from medical hashish is only 1%, while smuggling has increased tenfold.
Allowing it is just a game to legislate a multi-faceted, multi-faceted traffic.

The implication of politics, police and crime will now know an unprecedented stage with a flavor of war and peace.
And the green gold rush seems to be on. Criminal groups now licensed and blessed by the state will enter into another frenetic production and money laundering frenzy.

Therefore, the war will be fierce and the conflicts are predicted to be strong.

The quietest beneficiary today will be the officials of specific fields and the political hand itself, which increases not only the financial resources of support but also the human resources, because even today the network that deals with hashish cycles is among the networks with the largest number of self-employed people. and employees.

Those who will receive the economic and social blow as a result of this war will be the citizens, the farmers and above all the votes, therefore the political system and democracy.
Rama's immorality knows no bounds.
Hashashi will start eating coke in the Balkan paradise where the stupor from the smoke has long stupefied politics.
Happy war, is the greeting that came out from Rama at the moment of the approval of the legalization by him.
