Berisha: Rama restored the laws and property valuation with confiscation prices in ’46 

The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, criticized the government’s property management, accusing Rama of returning the confiscation practices of 1946, where he also denounced the misuse of public lands, the benefits of individuals connected to the government, and the destruction of the potential of southern Albania.

 Berisha promised to return the property and compensate the owners through public land and financial compensation. It also guaranteed the final settlement of damages for the politically persecuted.

Education and health are the most absolute priority to provide the best quality service to Albanians.

So, in these 34 amendments, the departments and the group of deputies have done a very good job. They have created the future legal framework of the emergency which will be voted on in the first months of the DP government.

We will be, and we will continue to prepare the legal framework for each field so that we can do everything to catch up the lost 12 years. The 12 most painful years, 12 years of flipping.

Kryetari i Partisë Demokratike, Sali Berisha, kritikoi menaxhimin e pronave të qeverisë, duke akuzuar Ramën për rikthimin e praktikave të konfiskimit të vitit 1946, ku denoncoi edhe keqpërdorimin e tokave publike, përfitimet e individëve të lidhur me pushtetin dhe shkatërrimin e potencialin e Shqipërisë së Jugut.

 Berisha premtoi kthimin e pronave dhe kompensimin e pronarëve përmes tokës publike dhe kompensimit financiar. Gjithashtu garantoi shlyerjen përfundimtare të dëmeve për të përndjekurit politikë.

Secili prej jush dhe çdo shqiptar duhet ta dijë se PD sot është partia e fitores në zgjedhjet e ardhshme. Dhe çdo shqiptar duhet ta dijë se ne kemi të gjithë vullnetin, por kemi edhe kuadrin ligjor të nevojshëm për t'i dhënë përgjigjen më të mirë situatës së rëndë me të cilën po përballen sot 46-50% e shqiptarëve.
