The Salianji file has been rapidly headed for the headquarters of the chancellors and the Western media.
He is the only MP arrested politically in Europe.
The persecutory mechanism which carried out his imprisonment is the 500 million justice funded by the internationals who are silent today.
This is the right step taken by the Democratic Party, but it naturally prompts the question:
Why were the diplomatic missions silent when they saw how an opposition deputy was imprisoned in the middle of Europe for the simple reason that he had denounced with documents, the truth of drug trafficking closely related to the government?!
More precisely related to the key person of the famous justice reform Fatmir Xhafajn, appointed in 2018 Minister of the Interior, whose brother was convicted for international drug trafficking.
It is surprising when you think that some eyes, once and now, were interested in and advertised the most banal things as governmental successes, while today, for a political issue with almost 50 court proceedings, spread over six years, they do not have half a word to say, because they didn’t tell us anything!?
At least they should come out and say that they do not discuss the decisions of the courts, just to wash their mouths, as they justify themselves in the scandalous Berisha case, despite knowing very well that the accusation against Berisha is entirely political, as they know much better than Ervin Salianji was convicted without committing any criminal offense and that the term “false public accusation” exists only in the personal vocabulary of Rama and his soldiers in justice, but not in the code of criminal procedure.
Their silence about the political imprisonment of Salianji is shocking, because it follows the other silence:
that of accepting the appointment of Xhafaj as the head of the anti-SPAK commission.
It is ironic to think that neither SPAK nor internationals see the beam in the government’s eye, but look for the mote in the opposition’s eye.
They do not see and do not accept that the man who led the reform yesterday and the commission today is subject to the anti-mafia law.
And to think that it was Xhafaj himself who proposed the elimination by vetting of judges or prosecutors who had contact with inappropriate persons with a criminal past, while he himself was at home.
Where were you, Mr. Ambassadors, where was this standard “do as I say but don’t do as I do” applied?!
But when Ervini clearly testified with facts that the state police led by Ardi Veliu, according to the audio recordings, acted as a structured criminal group together with Nushi and Marko to fabricate the false witness Alizoti?
Why are you silent gentlemen?!
At least speak in the name of protecting the taxes of your citizens, spent on the Albanian police and justice.
As you continue to be silent about SPAK’s inaction regarding Sky-Encro interceptions, where the cooperation of Rama’s government and high political exponents with organized crime exponents is clearly revealed, to distort the election result and divide interests.
What about when Rama left the country for five years without a constitutional court and today it treats its decisions like toilet paper, where were you and where are you?!
But now that Rama is punishing Ervin and not only Ervin with political judicial bodies, why is the truth of crime and corruption being denounced, why are you silent, ambassadors?!
Dear Ambassadors!
Your primary duty is the interest of the country you represent.
But at the same time, the protection of democratic principles and standards closely related to political freedoms and fundamental freedoms in an EU partner country.
For a long time, your silence has been supporting and stimulating a regime that has violated political freedoms and today’s basic freedoms related to speech.
He has deformed the electoral processes with criminal methods, openly cooperates with crime at all levels and forms, has robbed property, depopulated the country and built narco-states.
That seeks to eliminate the opposition, imprisons MPs and intends to imprison the chairman of the DP and the leaders of the opposition.
Edi Rama’s strongest weapon in this anti-democratic course is your silence, which he uses today as the decoration of his government.
Speak and react, gentlemen ambassadors!
Truth heals!!!!
