Miqtë e mi të fb dhe ish kolegë;
Përse i kurseni denoncimet ndaj drejtuesit pa integritet si Edmond Tarkaj?! Ai është prezantuar në komunitetin e punonjësve të policisë si një oficer pa asnjë lloj performace. Ai dhe firmën nuk e vendos dot dy herë njëlloj. Si drejtor policie në Dibër mbahet mend si një hajdut që mbushi Dibrën me kannabis. Solli tepelenasit dhe lazaratësit si specialist të kultivimit të canabisit, si agronom, (respekt për tepelenasit dhe lazaratësit e ndershëm) dhe si asnjëherë më parë kultivoi cannabis në të gjitha fshatrat nën kujdësin e tij.
Po kush është Edmond Targaj që emërohet në postin e lartë të Drejtorit të Policisë Rrugore?
Një hajdut ordiner që cdo kush që ka punuar afër me të ka historitë e veta të pazareve të përditshme për të bërë para me detyrën. Si Drejtor i policisë në Korçë u merrte policëve të Qarkullimit nga 200 mijë lekë në muaj?
Gjobë kjo e caktuar sapo nisi detyrën në këtë Qark.
Unë personalisht e kam gjetur në zyrën e tij duke marrë lekët e njërit prej shefave të qarkullimit Korçë. Kështu bënte dhe me shefat e Pogradecit dhe Bilishtit.
Në Bilisht vendosi si shef qarkullimi Artur Daden. Këtë personazh e ktheu në polici pasi ishte i liruar. Kishin punuar e vjedhur bashkë në vitet 2002 -2005 kur punonin së bashku në Gjirokastër. Kur kam drejtuar policinë e Gjirokastrës kam mësuar se Artur Dade para vitit 2005 ishte shef i policisë së objekteve në Kosullatën e Gjirokastrës ku është marrë më trafikun e vizave e të njerzve për disa vite. Nga një ish polic, sot është sponsor i klubit Gjirokastër.
Si mundet një ish polic sot të jetë milioner e të sponsorizoj klubin sportiv “Luftëtari” pa punuar akund veç policies.
A nuk është ky një pastrim parash i pastër i parave të trafikut?! Njëlloj si Dade dhe Tarkaj pas largimit nga policia ne vitin 2006 krijoi një aktivitet biznesi shoqëri autobusash dhe dyqan. Dhe ky para se të bëhej shef e drejtor ishte thjeshtë një polic i RNEA-s, që përveç policisë nuk ka kryer asnjë aktivitet tjetër.
Të vendosësh në krye të policisë rrugore një analfabet dhe hajdut profesionist dhe të paaftë kjo vetëm në pushtetin e rilindjes ndodh. Për ish Drejtorin e Qarkullimit Rrugorë nuk kam asnjë respekt si ish koleg i tij, por ai ishte inxhinjer dhe me karierë në drejtimin e policisë rrugore e pasuesi i tijë tashme arsimin më të lartë ka shkollën dy-vjecare të policisë.
Me vajtjen në këtë detyrë të “rilindasit” Targaj që të vetmën meritë ka se u gjakos në protestën e 21 Janarit, nuk ka qëllim ndryshimin e gjendjes (se me vajtjen e tij kemi nga tre të vrarë në ditë), por që “figurën” siç ka qejf ta quajnë e çuan të bëjë ndonjë lekë. Lekë për të zëvendësuar ato që ka ka lënë në Prokurorinë për Krime të Rënda, ku është thirrur disa herë për kanabizimin e trafikun e narkotikëve.
Për “figurën” kam shumë për të thënë, por sot po e lë me kaq. Lleshi vazhdon vetingun por hajdutët kanë imunitet e trafikantët kanë akses e janë të palëkundshëm në karierë me këtë pushtet. Po ju them dy fjalë dhe për numrin dy të Drejtorisë së Përgjithshme Xhovalin Loka. Është përjashtuar nga policia ne vitin 2004 nga qeveria socialiste për bashkëpunim me krimin e kriminelë që vranë komaisarin e policies në Durrës.

Why do you save denunciations on leaders without integrity like Edmond Tarkaj ?!

But who is Edmond Targaj to be appointed to the high post of Road Police Director? An ordinary thief who everyone who has worked with has his or her daily shopping histories to make money with the task.
As a Police Director in Korça, he received 200,000 ALL per month from the Traffic Police? This assigned fine just started his assignment in this District. I personally found him in his office taking the money of one of the Korça traffic chiefs. So did the bosses of Pogradec and Bilisht. In Bilisht he appointed Artur Daden as chief of circulation. I have no respect for the former Road Traffic Director like his former colleague, but he was an engineer with a career in traffic police and his successor now has a two-year degree in police education. Going into this task of “rebirth” Targaj that only merits bloodshed in the January 21st protest, is not aimed at changing the situation (that by his turn we have three killed per day), but that “figure” as they liked to call it, and they took some money.
