The Geopost” ka mësuar se Danilo Rosales Diaz ka qenë shumë aktiv dhe me ndikim në aksionet radikale të ndërmarra nga serbët gjatë muajve nëntor dhe dhjetor të vitit të kaluar, kur u ngritën barrikada në komunat veriore me shumicë serbe.

Të dhënat e siguruara nga “The Geopost”, thonë se Danilo Rosales Diaz gjatë kësaj dite ka monitoruar situatën, duke i siguruar serbët se do të kujdeset personalisht për të arsyetuar heqjen e uniformave të Policisë së Kosovës në qarqet diplomatike të Kombeve të Bashkuara.

Danilo Rosales Diaz, shërben në Kosovë si shef i Zyrës Rajonale të UNMIK-ut në Mitrovicë që nga viti 2016.

Diaz ishte zëvendësi i zëvendësit të Nikaraguas në Kombet e Bashkimit kur shefi i tij, Cesar Mercado, u gjet i vdekur në apartamentin e tij në Bronx, SHBA, më 23 shtator 2010.

Danilo Rosales Diaz, who is the Head of the UNMIK Regional Office in Mitrovica since 2016, is a collaborator of the Russian intelligence services. The information for “The Geopost”, under conditions of anonymity, was given by an international official who works within UNMIK in Pristina.

“The Geopost” has learned that Danilo Rosales Diaz has been very active and influential in the radical actions undertaken by the Serbs during the months of November and December last year, when barricades were erected in the northern municipalities with a Serbian majority.

A photograph shows his presence in the courtyard of the police station in North Mitrovica, at the exact time when the Serbian police officers were resigning from the Kosovo Police, on November 7, 2022.

As you can see, Diaz is talking to some people, who according to our source, were Serbian police officials. While his car, a Toyota with United Nations license plates is parked nearby UN22724.

The data provided by “The Geopost”, say that Danilo Rosales Diaz during this day has monitored the situation, assuring the Serbs that he would personally take care to justify the removal of the uniforms of the Kosovo Police in diplomatic circles of the United Nations.

Danilo Rosales Diaz, serves in Kosovo as the head of the UNMIK Regional Office in Mitrovica since 2016.
Earlier, he was an employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nicaragua. Nicaragua is recognized as one of the allied states of the Russian Federation.

Diaz was Nicaragua’s deputy permanent representative to the United Nations when his boss, Cesar Mercado, was found dead in his apartment in the Bronx, USA, on September 23, 2010.
